By doing business with Retribution Designs you agree to the following:

1. There will be no refunds in any circumstance;
2. You will not modify the project in any way without consent of Retribution Designs;
3. You will not take credit for putting together the work created by Retribution Designs;
4. Upon request, You will send us a copy of/link to where and how the project is being used;
5. Retribution Designs reserves the right to use your project for sample purposes where necessary;
6. Upon a cancelation of a current project, you are responsible for the payment of what has been completed of that project;
7. Retribution Designs is not responsible for any mistyped words or errors in text. Any and all content is copied from the client;
8. Retribution Designs is not responsible for any business loss due to site downtime, site errors, e-mail complications or any other disruptions of service;
